Eligibility Window
Refund requests are accepted only within 7 days from the initial payment date.
Requests made after this 7-day period are not eligible for a refund, fully or partially, regardless of circumstances.
Partial Refunds (Within 7 Days)
If a project is canceled within 7 days of the first payment, clients may receive a partial refund.
The refunded amount is calculated proportionally, based on the percentage of work completed and delivered as of the cancellation date.
All finalized deliverables and achieved milestones are non-refundable.
Example: If 40% of the project’s scope is completed and delivered, a refund of up to 60% of the initial payment will be provided.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds (full or partial) will be considered if:
The project has been fully completed and delivered.
The refund request is made after 7 days from the initial payment.
The client’s request is based on outcomes outside the agreed scope (for example, specific sales goals or return on investment not expressly guaranteed in writing).
Proof of Delivery
Great WordPress will present evidence of completed work—such as screenshots, status reports, files, or access logs—whenever a refund calculation is required.
Once this documentation is provided, the corresponding portion of work is considered final and non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes must first be addressed directly with Great WordPress.
If a resolution is not achieved, Great WordPress retains the right to share relevant communication and documented proof with external authorities (such as Shopify Partner Support or regulatory bodies) in response to fraudulent or unjustified claims.
This policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team while upholding transparency at every stage of your project experience.
